We offer a 14-day return window, which gives you time to send a purchase back, while helping us keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season. We refund to your original form of payment minus return shipping costs.

We must have the products you wish to return, within 14 days from the date you originally received it. The package can be returned on the 14th day as long as it can be documented that the package is sent within that period.
The returned products must be in their original condition with all the packaging intact. We accept returns that are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not damaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments. 

We will send you an e-mail letting you know when we have received and processed your returns. We will refund your original form of payment (minus the cost of return shipping) in about seven-ten business days. If its not possible to accept your return, we will contact you by e-mail.

Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund. We credit the card that was used to purchase the item (s).

If you are returning an item because of fit or you would like a different item, we are happy to exchange it for a larger or smaller size if available, free of any further shipping cost.
